Booking

Please fill out the basic info below in the section labeled “Information Form.” This allows me to know what your pet needs before we schedule our meet and greet. At the end of the form, there will be Contracts that must be filled out.
Sign the three forms that appear after you fill out your form.
I will contact you about booking a free meet and greet to meet your pet and get them accustomed to me in your home.
Then you can book your services! There are two different ways to book and pay. One way is the app Walkies. The other would be to contact me through email. Below, I will tell you how to work both in the dropdown menus. Walkies will be easier for both you and me, and has a bunch of extra features, so I recommend it if your phone is compatible!

After filling out the form, I will reach back out to you through email with a link to your Walkies account. I will have preset your information with what you provided in the form, so whatever email you provide will link to your Walkies account.
Before starting, note to be sure that you have your notification preferences set as you would like. I would suggest also having email or text notifications on incase something happens to the app so we can keep in contact.
Please DO NOT edit your notes if things change; instead, let me know in the chat box!
To book in the app, you can either message me in the chat box or send a request based on my availability. Requests may be declined if I am unavailable.
Payments can be made through the app or in cash during visits!
On my end, I will still use Walkies for your scheduling, even if you do not download the app. Updates will be sent through your email or phone number, but sent as a synopsis of the visit. This will allow less communication between us since it is a one way communication.
Booking will be handled through me via email, as I do not contact clients through text messages or phone calls. I cannot guarantee that I will see your email if it is sent at the last minute, so if you can download Walkies, that would be preferred.
Invoices will be sent through email or phone numbers provided (depending on your preference selected in your form)
